In Alpamayo, the teachers do much more than teach. They are a key piece to creating an dynamic educational environment, center in the integral development of the person.

The Alpamayo teacher is a professional who is constantly honing his craft and is prepared to use new technology to help improve the educational experience, always seeking innovation. 

Fifty percent of our teachers have a Master’s degree, a majority of them in Familial Educational Guidance. 

The knowledge learned in the classroom is complimented by study trips, field trips, and camping.
