Well done, Alpamayo!

The cold weather of New York City in February was no obstacle for our 33 Alpamayo students and 5 teachers to pack their bags and represent us in MMUN 2019.

Led by Mr. Will Murphy the group had a blast during their time in the Big Apple. From ice skating to visiting the NYU campus, from debating and negotiating in the Marriott Marquis where the conference was held to closing the event at the General Assembly Hall at the UN’s Headquarters; our boys and teachers enjoyed living an extraordinary educational experience thanks to Montessori Model United Nations. Nicolas Alvarez, one of our Senior students, is the first Alpamayo student to have been invited by the organisation to serve as Bureau member at this year’s conference.
